Polly gained an BSc(Hons) degree in Physiotherapy in 2001 and worked in Bristol following her study there. She specialises in assessing and treating musculoskeletal conditions and injuries. She has been practicing Pilates for over 15 years. While working in a Physiotherapy and Pilates studio in New Zealand her interest in Pilates grew; she started using Pilates alongside her Physiotherapy treatment of sports injuries. Polly became an Instructor nine years ago following the completion of her training with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI) and became a fully certified instructor.
